If you book our tour online, you can either make full payment or deposit (10%) by Credit Cards or Paypal. 

If you deposit (10%) online, the remain amount (90%) will be collected by cash (we accept Vietnamese Dong, USD, and EURO) or local bank transfer on the first day of the tour, right before the departure.

For tailor-made tours, after confirming the detailed tour itinerary, we will send Paypal invoice to you for either full payment or deposit.

Our tours are designed for a maximum of 6 guests. This is because the limousine’s seat layout is specially designed to maximize comfort and space for each traveler.

If your group or family has more than 6 people, please contact us. Depending on the number of children in your group, we may be able to make special arrangements to ensure everyone travels comfortably.

Our Cancellation Policy:

• 7 days or more before departure – No cancellation fee

• 5–6 days before departure – 30% cancellation fee

• 3–4 days before departure – 50% cancellation fee

• 1–2 days before departure – 80% cancellation fee

• On the day of departure – No refund
